POWER RANKINGS

Power Rankings Week 6 | Where do the Chiefs Rank Following Monday's Victory?

Here’s a look at the latest NFL power rankings from around the web

The Kansas City Chiefs are 5-0 heading into the bye week, and now almost one third of the way through the 2024 campaign, Kansas City has largely maintained its hold on the No. 1 spot in the various NFL "power rankings" from around the web.

Thomas Valentine from Pro Football Focus, for example, ranked the Chiefs as the top team in his rankings this week. Here's what Valentine wrote about Kansas City:

"The Chiefs are 5-0 after a hard-fought win against a competitive Saints team, and it still feels like they have another level to ascend to despite the perfect record."

Pete Prisco from CBS Sports agreed with that assessment, ranking the Chiefs as his top team this week while writing the following:

"The staff came up with a great plan to attack the Saints, and Patrick Mahomes threw for more than 300 yards. They are just fine as they head to their bye."

Here's a look at where the Chiefs landed in a handful of other "power rankings" from around the web:
