As you know, the Chiefs 2013 schedule has finally been unveiled. For the past few months Chiefs fans have been analyzing and scrutinizing the 2013 match-ups and have already been planning those extravagant tailgates. Now, finally, the schedule is out, the plans can be made and the tickets are on sale!
Prior to single game tickets going on sale later this summer, the Chiefs are offering other partial plans for those wanting to lock up their tickets early. Back by popular demand, the "Pick 5"plan features a half-season; pick any four regular season games, paired with a preseason contest.
Personally, if I had to choose, I would pick the San Francisco game this preseason. Not only are the 49ers the defending NFC Champions but also, it will be exciting to see Chiefs QB Alex Smith go up against his former team. But it's your choice. The Green Bay Packers will also be here two weeks later on August 29th.
There's also the "Divisional 3-Pack" featuring the longstanding AFC West rivalry games. The heated AFC West contests are scheduled for October 13th, November 24th and December 1st.
Another "mini-pack" option, if you will, is the "2-Pack" plan. As the title implies, you pick two games; your fist option is between Dallas, Denver, New York or Houston. The second pick is either San Diego, Oakland, Indy or Cleveland.
All of these mini-pack options are geared towards fans who don't want to commit to season tickets, but who are looking to secure tickets in advance and save money in the process. Of course, full season tickets provide the best pricing and most benefits and are available for just $250.
Single game tickets will be available soon; check out kcchiefs.com for details later this summer.
