In the realm of what's important to Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles, ranking No. 1 in fantasy football points per touch probably isn't high on the list.
But that's exactly what he did in 2014, so we'll just chalk it up as a symptom of being really good at football.
According to Michael Fabiano of NFL.com, Charles ranked as the No. 1 running back in 2014 when it came down to how many points he scored on average for each time he touched the ball.
1. Jamaal Charles, Kansas City Chiefs (0.86 PPT)
"Charles saw his touches decrease from 329 in 2013 to 246 last season, which is the reason he experienced a decline of almost 100 fantasy points. He was still productive when he touched the football, though, as he scored more points per touch than any other top-20 running back."
The Seattle Seahawks' Marshawn Lynch ranked No. 2 (.84 ppt), the Denver Broncos' C.J. Anderson ranked No. 3 (.83 ppt) and the Green Bay Packers' Eddie Lacy ranked No. 4 (.80 ppt).
