You may have noticed, there are no restricted free agents on the list, largely because they rarely leave their current teams. None of the reports are indicative of the Chiefs plans for the 2013 free agency season.

Joshua Cribbs told Baskin and Phelps on 92.3 that he is willing to take a pay cut and reach a compromise with the Browns, hoping to finish his career in Cleveland. Let's look at some of Cribbs' strengths and weaknesses.

STRENGTHS:

Versatility

The former Kent State QB has taken 12 snaps from under center, while in the NFL. However, he primarily plays WR and thrives as a return man.

Return Stats-195 punt returns, 2,154 yards, 3 TDs (long of 84 yards), 387 kick returns, 10,015, eight TDs (long of 103 yards)

Pro Bowl Skills

Cribbs has played in three Pro Bowls (2007, 2009 and 2013), including a TD in the season's game.

WEAKNESSES:

Age

ESPN Insider Bill Polian: "At this stage, Cribbs is a return man only, and his age will drive the price and longevity of term down."

Technique

Cribbs has been questioned for "sloppy route running" and fumbles on special teams returns (26 career fumbles).

FINAL TAKE:

As the NFL's career leader with eight kickoff return touchdowns, Cribbs will be playing somewhere in 2013.

He told WKNR-AM 850, "I believe that I could be a big part of this football team. I don't feel like they (Browns) feel that as well," said Cribbs.

"I feel like I have a lot of football left. I believe that the team I go to, whether it's the Browns or not, will be able to utilize me.
