'Honored,' looks back on the career of Willie Lanier. As part of the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Class of 1986, Lanier became the second Chiefs player to be enshrined in Canton. Named to the NFL's 75th Anniversary All-Time Team in 1994, Lanier was the Chiefs starting middle linebacker for 11 years, possessing a ferocious tackling style that made him a feared run-stopper. Intelligent and disciplined as the quarterback of the Chiefs vaunted defense, he also had the speed and agility that helped him grab 27 career interceptions, good for the eighth-most ever by a Chief.

'Honored,' looks back on the career of Tony Gonzalez. Over 17 seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs (1997-08) and Atlanta Falcons (2009-13), Gonzalez appeared in 270 regular season games with 254 starts, earning 14 Pro Bowl appearances (1999-08, 2010-13) and 10 first- or second-team All-Pro honors from the Associated Press. He finished his career with numerous NFL records for tight ends, including most career receptions (1,325), most receiving yards (15,127), most 100-yard receiving games (31) and second-most touchdown receptions (111) behind TE Antonio Gates (114). While first among tight ends, his 1,325 career receptions are second to only Pro Football Hall of Fame WR Jerry Rice (1,549) in NFL history.

'Honored,' looks back on the career of Derrick Thomas. Known simply as 'D.T.', Thomas was a pass rusher extraordinaire and spent 11 glorious seasons in a Kansas City uniform. Serving as the heart and soul of the Chiefs franchise during that span, he was not only a bona fide star in terms of his contributions on the field, but also illuminated countless lives through his charitable efforts. Thomas received the '93 NFL Man of the Year Award, the '95 Byron "Whizzer" White Award and was named former President George Bush's '832nd Point of Light'.

'Honored,' looks back on the career of Jan Stenerud. Regarded by many as the best placekicker in pro football history, Stenerud was the first pure placekicker to be inducted into the Hall of Fame and the fifth Chiefs player to make it to Canton. Named to the NFL's 75th Anniversary All-Time Team in 1994, he played 19 NFL seasons: Kansas City 1967-79; Green Bay Packers 1980-83; and Minnesota Vikings 1984-85 and ranks third on the league's all-time scoring list with 1,699 points and is fourth in career field goals made with 373. Stenerud still owns or shares nine Chiefs records, including field goals attempted in a career (436) and season (44), consecutive games played (186) and consecutive games scoring field goals (16).

'Honored,' looks back on the career of head coach, Hank Stram. Known as 'The Mentor,' Stram commanded the Chiefs on-field fortunes for 15 years, posting a regular season record of 124-76-10 (.614), garnering a reputation as one of the game's most imaginative offensive minds. He became the Texans head coach during the AFL's initial 1960 campaign and directed the franchise to three AFL titles and two Super Bowl appearances, including the World Championship 1969 season.

'Honored,' looks back on the career of Len Dawson. During Dawson's tenure as the team's field general, he helped make the Chiefs one of pro football's premier teams and wound up among the elite passers in the game's history. Under his guidance, the Chiefs were perennial contenders and won the AFL Championships in 1962, 1966 and 1969. He was MVP of Super Bowl IV when he directed Kansas City to a win over the heavily favored Minnesota Vikings.

'Honored,' looks back on the career of Priest Holmes. Holmes spent seven years on Kansas City's roster (2001-07), after a four-year stint in Baltimore (1997- 2000), where he originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent in 1997. Throughout his tenure with the Chiefs, Holmes was selected to three consecutive Pro Bowls from 2001-03 and named All-Pro for those three years by numerous national media outlets. He was also presented with the club's MVP award following the 2001 and 2002 seasons.

'Honored,' looks back on the accolades of Chiefs founder, Lamar Hunt. You can't tell the story of the National Football League without the Kansas City Chiefs and founder, Hunt who altered the trajectory of America's greatest game forever. It's a tale that begins with the American Football League (AFL) and continues through six decades of legendary players, unforgettable moments and two Lombardi Trophies. This story helped make professional football what it is today, and from the earliest scribblings of what the AFL could be to quarterback Patrick Mahomes' heroics in Super Bowl LIV, its all contained within the brand-new Hall of Honor at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.
