Parking & Rush Hour Traffic
Typical Thursday night traffic from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. on I-70 EB. Combining gameday traffic with normal Thursday night traffic is why it is recommended that fans arrive prior to 3 p.m.
Due to the normal weekday rush hour traffic, fans traveling to Arrowhead Stadium will experience increased traffic throughout the metro area compared to normal Sunday gameday traffic patterns. To create the best possible experience, parking gates will open at noon and it is encouraged that all fans arrive as early as possible to avoid being on the roads during the heaviest traffic periods throughout the day. Please note that early arrival passes will not be needed for Thursday's game. It is recommended that fans arrive at the complex by 3 p.m.
For the first hour of parking from noon to 1 p.m., fans will be able to "open park," allowing them to park in their preferred spot in any approved grass areas or Lots C, D, F, G and the perimeter of Lot N as long as it matches the parking pass they have purchased. Once open park ends at 1 p.m., cars will be directed to the next available spot as they are for all Chiefs games.
Chiefs Kingdom Rewards members who arrive early can collect a special triple-point early arrival reward, earning 2,400 CKR points instead of 800 points by scanning their prepaid parking pass at the tollgates by 3 p.m.

How to Stay Warm
- Visit one of the concession stands on the lower or upper levels to purchase your commemorative Lamar Hunt hot cup filled with hot chocolate, coffee or cider and enjoy with one of the spike options. Scout Investments Club Level guests will enjoy insulated mugs for coffee and hot chocolate. Visit the Chiefs mobile app for locations under "Hot Drinks".
- Warm your belly at one of the Hot Spots on lower or upper levels featuring chili as well as soup and sandwich combos (tomato soup/grilled cheese and broccoli cheese/hot ham and cheese) by sections 107, 125, 315, 323, 343. Scout Investments Club Level guests can warm up with a bowl of chili in the North Club or with pasta cooked at one of the action stations in the North Club or Tower Club East.
- Stop by the Pro Shop to bundle up with warm weather gear including the new Chiefs Color Rush knit hat. Make sure to pick up some hand warmers while you are there! Doors open at 9 am.
- Warm up in the Hy-Vee Hot Zone under one of the many radiant heaters or inside of the Draft Room which opens to ticketed guests at 4 pm.

Prepay: Fans are encouraged to prepay for parking to save money and time at the gate. Purchasing a pass in advance not only helps save time at the tollgates but also provides you with the lowest parking price. Arrive Early to park closest to the stadium. The parking lots open at 7:30 a.m. Guests that arrive later will be parked in the outer lots including the new Lot O. Review the video found at chiefs.com/parking to see the order in which lots are filled.

Toys for Tots
For 51 years the Chiefs have hosted its annual Toys for Tots collection along with members of the Marine Corps. The Chiefs will continue this tradition on Thursday night at Arrowhead Stadium.
Now in its 51st season, the Chiefs Toys for Tots collection is the longest of its kind between an NFL franchise and the Marines. This year's drive will again help meet a significant need for area children. The Marines are asking Chiefs fans to donate new and unwrapped toys for boys and girls up to age 13. Again this year, there is a particular need for toys that older children can utilize.
All the toys will be collected at the Arrowhead Stadium entrances by members of the Marines' Combat Logistics Regiment 4 and local representatives of the Marines Corps League. Gates into the Scouts Investments Club Level open at 5:00 p.m. with the remaining stadium gates opening at 6:00 p.m. Kickoff for Thursday's game is scheduled for 7:25 p.m.
Fans may choose to make a financial contribution in lieu of a toy if they prefer. Cash or checks (made payable to "Toys for Tots") will also be collected at stadium entry points by the Marines and in the parking lots during tailgates.

Earn Points:

2. Enter the stadium at least one (1) hour prior to kickoff and earn 400 points per account.
3. When purchasing concessions or merchandise, scan your mobile rewards card barcode located in the Kingdom Rewards section of the Chiefs Mobile app. You will earn 10 points for every $1 spent at concession stands and 5 points for every $1 spent at any retail locations located inside Arrowhead Stadium.

Thursday Night Football Set: With NBC broadcasting Thursday Night Football, the network's Sunday Night Football bus will make a stop outside the Sprint Gate at Arrowhead Stadium. The bus features an interactive control room replica and digital/social media wall, as well as a replica of the Football Night in America desk. In addition, the Thursday Night Football Fan Zone presented by Tostitos will be set up outside the Sprint Gate. The Thursday Night Football crew will also have a set outside the Sprint Gate where NFL Network talent will be giving live reports before kickoff.

The following changes have been made for the 2016 season.

3. General Parking and Red Parking have been combined. The earlier you arrive the closer you will park.
