The Kansas City Chiefs are leading the Oakland Raiders, 16-0, at halftime at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
The Chiefs outgained Oakland by 167 yards in the half, holding the Raiders off the scoreboard through the first 30 minutes of play.
Chiefs' quarterback Alex Smith completed 13 of 21 passes for 190 yards in the half, leading Kansas City on a 14-play drive midway through the second quarter that culminated in a 1-yard touchdown run by tailback Kareem Hunt.
Hunt carried the ball 11 times in the half, rushing for 45 yards.
Kicker Harrison Butker added three field goals for Kansas City, including a career-long 53-yard kick in the first quarter. The second kick marked Butker's 26th of the season, breaking the franchise record for field goals by a rookie kicker.
