Chiefs GM Brett Veach and Chiefs' Scouts Explain Evaluation Process and More

From working with college coaches to the plans for the future, here's plenty of exclusive content only found on Chiefs' channels

Over the past several days at the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, we have been given access to members of the Kansas City Chiefs' personnel staff that we haven't had before.

We had a chance to sit down and talk with four members of general manager Brett Veach's staff, as well as Veach, about everything from how they build their draft board, the process of working with Chiefs' coaches to build that board, the plans for the future, and plenty in between.

So, here are bits from all the interviews we've done with Veach, as well as Chiefs' Director of Player Personnel Mike Borgonzi, Director of College Scouting Ryan Poles, Assistant Director of College Scouting Ryne Nutt, and area scout Trey Koziol.* *

"As we progress through the month of March and to the draft, I think more of our ideas will get out there, and I think the fans will be excited about it."

It's one of the most important things these players will do this week, and it's one of the least talked about. pic.twitter.com/nL8uOwFrwL — BJ Kissel (@ChiefsReporter) March 2, 2018

"We're going to be aggressive."
