The Boys and Girls Club because I absolutely love working with kids.

Cartoon Character
Tigger for sure. He bounced.

Why did you decide to audition to be a CC?
Well obviously I love the Chiefs and this amazing organization that is here in Kansas City. I knew it would be a dream come true to dance in Arrowhead Stadium and cheer on our  team with the best fans in the NFL. Also, I wanted to be a part of this incredible organization because they give back to the community in so many ways.

Best Workshop or Audition moment
There wasn't just one "Best Moment" during the audition process. There were 3 days of "Best Moments." I have to say that was the best 3 days of my life. Stressful? Yes. It was as if all the girls bonded for one cause, all working for one goal. The friendships started forming at that very moment and have continued to grow each and every day.

Advice to anyone that wants to audition in the future to be a CC
JUST DO IT. Don't let your nerves stop you from doing something you really want to do. Have confidence in yourself and your training. Dream big….I did!

Your personal motto/words to live by
Begin each day with a grateful heart - you can't start your day successfully without first giving thanks for all that you have!

Person you admire & why
My parents - They have taught me the joys and rewards of faith and spirit, and displayed the true meaning of hard work and dedication. They raised me to be a woman who respects herself and follows her heart.

Fun fact about yourself
Last summer, I got to hang out with Nelly on a boat at the Lake of the Ozarks!

Turquoise because it reminds me of the ocean. I think water is one of the most intriguing elements of nature, and being around calm water is when I feel the most at peace.

Elf

Dream Vacation
Europe, but especially Spain.

Charity
Children's Miracle Network, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and the Catholic Church.

Cartoon Character
Spongebob - I love his optimism, innocence and relentlessness. He works hard and is faithful to his friends!

Why did you decide to audition to be a CC?
Dancing has always been a major part of my life, and after I graduated college, I felt like a huge part of me was missing. I always wanted to be an Chiefs Cheerleader, but I was never brave enough to audition, until one day I couldn't wait anymore! The Chiefs are such a huge part of the community where I grew up, that I just had to take the chance to be a part of that.

Best Chiefs Cheerleader moment to date
My favorite field moment was the 2013 game when we beat the Browns, making our record 8-0.   That was such an amazing feeling to step back and realize that I was a part of that.

Advice to anyone that wants to audition in the future to be a CC
If you've even thought about auditioning, then DO IT. The chance of not making the team far outweighs the regret and the "what if". The audition process alone is such a life-changing experience that you WILL walk out a better person, regardless of the outcome. Be confident and prepared, but most importantly, be YOU!
