A look at the statistical production of the Chiefs undrafted rookie free agents

The Kansas City Chiefs announced the signings of six rookie free agents on Monday, each added to the roster for the same reason as 2014 NFL Draft Class, create even more competition to bring out the best in each and every player. Below is a look at the recent production by each of the team's six newest rookies.

CHIEFS 2014 ROOKIE FREE AGENTS

S Daniel Sorensen - BYU (51 games in four years, 2008, 2011-2013)

122 tackles, 89 assists, one QB sack, eight INTs, 23 PBUs, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries

LB Ben Johnson - Tennessee-Martin (34 games in three years, 2011-2013)

146 tackles, 184 assists, 10.5 sacks, three INTs, seven PBUs, five forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries

RB Charcandrick West - Abilene Christian (11 games in 2013)

145 rushes for 906 yards (6.2 avg), 14 TDs, 32 receptions for 443 yards (13.8 avg) and two TDs

WR Albert Wilson - Georgia State (42 games in four years, 2010-2013)

175 receptions for 3,190 yards (18.2 avg) and 23 TDs

47 rushes for 331 yards (7.0 avg) and one TD

WR Darryl Surgent -  Louisiana-Lafayette (49 games in four years, 2010-2013)

100 receptions for 1,642 yards (16.4 avg) and 14 TDs, 13 carries for 49 yards and one TD

54 punt returns for 497 yards, two TDs, 130 kickoff returns for 2,757 yards (21.2 avg) and two TDs

CB David Van Dyke - Tennessee State (38 games in four years, 2010-2013)

90 tackles, 40 assists, one QB sack, seven INTs, 14 PBUs and one forced fumble
