- 2020 (UNLV): Started 5 games (25 tackles, INT, PBU).
- 2021 (UNLV): Played in 10 games with 8 starts (33 tackles, INT, 4 PBUs).
- 2022 (UNLV): Honorable Mention All-Mountain West Conference. Tied for the team lead with 3 INTs. Started 11 games (40 tackles, TFL, 5 PBUs, FF).
- 2023: Started all 13 games, returned 2 fumbles for TDs (53 tackles, 2 TFLs, 2 INTs, 6 PBUs, FF).
- 2024: Second-team Associated Press All-American. First-team All-ACC CB. Honorable Mention All-ACC All-Purpose. Led the FBS with 7 INTs. Tied for the team lead with 9 PBUs. Tied for third in the FBS with 16 passes defensed. Returned a kickoff 80 yards for a TD. Started all 13 games (52 tackles, TFL, FF).
Long cornerback with eye-popping interception totals that could skew his evaluation. Williams operated out of press man, quarters and Cover 3 looks. He lacks disruption from press, but he does a nice job of trailing routes and finding the football. He can be a little slow to open his hips and phase route breaks, but he possesses enough burst to close the distance when beaten. He's eager from zone with instincts and ball skills to make plays on the throw.
