Kansas City Chiefs Statement on Indigenous Peoples' Day
"We join individuals and groups around the country in celebrating Indigenous Peoples' Day, an occasion to recognize and honor all Indigenous People, including American Indians, and their histories, cultures and contributions to society. We will celebrate our 10th annual American Indian Heritage Month Game vs. the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday, November 20. While we are proud of the progress made over the past decade, we remain committed to working with local and national groups to educate ourselves and our fans, while also using the power of our brand and platform to raise awareness of American Indian culture and traditions."
