Alumni Relations Seasonal
DEPARTMENT: Community Outreach
REPORTS TO: Manager of Community Outreach
TIMELINE: June-Feb
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a liaison and representative for the Chiefs with community groups
- Assist with sales and marketing projects for the Kansas City Ambassadors
- Assist in the planning and execution of Kansas City Ambassadors and Alumni Outreach events
- Attend and support Kansas City Ambassadors, Alumni and Chiefs Women's Organization outreach activations
- Manage inventory and organize apparel for Kansas City Ambassadors and Alumni Outreach materials
Player Outreach Seasonal
DEPARTMENT: Community Outreach
REPORTS TO: Community Outreach Coordinator
TIMELINE: June-Feb
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work in unison with the Community Outreach Coordinator on all player outreach efforts
- Assist in the planning and execution of player outreach events
- Work in unison with organization's communications & digital media team to cover and promote player outreach events
Youth Outreach Seasonal
DEPARTMENT: Community Outreach
REPORTS TO: Manager of Youth Outreach
TIMELINE: June-Feb
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a liaison and representative for the Chiefs with community groups
- Assist with sales and marketing for the Sports Lab & Arrowhead Art Collection programs
- Assist in the planning and execution of youth outreach events
- Work in unison with organization's communications & digital media team
- Support and execute Youth Football, FLAG Football, and Play60 outreach activation
- Mange inventory and organize Play60 & youth outreach materials
