Earlier this year, Chiefs.com writer B.J. Kissel wrote a long-form piece on quarterback Alex Smith, detailing his work with the Alex Smith Foundation, which aims to better the lives of foster youth.
On Monday, in connection with The Players' Tribune's #StandUp campaign, Smith was featured discussing why he stands up for that particular cause.
