Justin Sauser is in his 14^th season with the Chiefs after originally joining the club in 2011 and begins his first season as Vice President of Ticketing in 2024. He began his time with Kansas City as Manager of Ticket Operations before being promoted to Director of Ticket Operations in 2016. In 2021, Sauser was elevated to Senior Director of Ticket Sales and Operations.

Sauser was an integral part of moving the club's ticketing to a mobile system which including integrating fans to the new process and will continue to be responsible for the digitalization of the club's ticket processes.

In his current role, Sauser will continue to oversee ticket sales and operations which includes ticketing data and technology for all Chiefs games and Arrowhead Events. Sauser will also continue to place an emphasis on business growth and relationship cultivation with ticketing partners.

Prior to joining the Chiefs, Sauser spent five years (2007-11) as the Ticket Manager at Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa.

Sauser spent time in the University of Iowa's Athletic Ticket Office while obtaining his bachelor's degree in health and sports studies. Sauser also served as a student manager while at Iowa as well as spending time as a ticketing intern for the Iowa Cubs, the AAA affiliate of the Chicago Cubs, in 2005.
