The courage, integrity, wisdom, and hard work of our Missouri ancestors is alive in our society's collective "DNA." Double helix swirls of native flora and fauna overlay iconic figures that suggest the strength of our state character. From frontier subsistence farming settlements in the rich bottomlands along our rivers, to plant research and biotechnology in today's Midwest, Missouri is an enduring agricultural center.
After graduating from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California in 1983, the artist returned to his native state, where he has created illustrations, corporate murals, commercial and fine art in a tradition of New Regionalism.
