SANTOS SETS FRANCHISE RECORD: K Cairo Santos converted all seven of his field goal attempts to set a franchise record, surpassing the previous mark of six made field goals set by K Ryan Succop on Sept. 23, 2012. Santos made field goals from 22, 40, 51, 34, 40, 29 and 51 yards. His seven made field goals today are tied for second most in a single game in NFL history. His seven attempted field goals ties the franchise record for most field goals attempted in a game. His pair of 51-yard field goals are a season-high, as well as tie a franchise single-game record for most field goals made from 50 or more yards. Four of the seven field goals came in the first half, which marks the third time in franchise history that a kicker made four field goals in the first half of a game. Cairo Santos' four first-half field goals match a team record set by Nick Lowery (9/20/93) and Lawrence Tynes (11/27/05).

MACLIN LOGS SECOND CONSECUTIVE GAME WITH 100-PLUS RECEIVING YARDS: WR Jeremy Maclin finished the contest with 11 catches for 148 yards, marking the 16th 100-yard receiving game of his career and his second since joining the Chiefs. His 11 catches are the third most of his career and his 148 receiving yards are the sixth most in a single game in his career. Maclin has recorded two consecutive games with 100 or more receiving yards one other time in his career when he had 187 yards at Arizona (10/26/14) and 158 at Houston (11/2/14). Maclin's back-to-back 100-yard receiving games are the first by a Chiefs receiver since WR Dwayne Bowe had 107 yards vs. Minnesota (10/2/11) and 128 at Indianapolis (10/9/11) in the 2011 season.

CHARLES NOTCHES 100-PLUS YARDS FROM SCRIMMAGE: RB Jamaal Charles finished today's game with 11 rushes for 75 yards and six catches for 70 yards, giving him 145 yards from scrimmage, which is the 53rd time in his career that he has eclipsed the 100-yards from scrimmage mark. This is the eighth time in his career that he has notched at least 50 receiving yards and 50 rushing yards in a single game.

SMITH SETS CAREER PASSING YARDS RECORD: QB Alex Smith finished the game completing a career-high 31 of his 45 passes for a career-best 386 yards, good enough for a 95.2 passer rating. His 45 pass attempts are tied for second-most of his career. This is the first time this season he has passed for 300. The last time he threw for 300 or more yards was Dec. 21, 2014 at Pittsburgh when he went 31 of 45 for 311 yards.

NEW TO STARTING LINEUP: G Zach Fulton started his first game this season at RG. Rookie WR Chris Conley made his first NFL start.
