Seasonal Ticket Sales Representative

DEPARTMENT: Ticket Sales

REPORTS TO: Inside Sales Manager

TIMELINE: March-Nov

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pursue and grow relationships leading to the sales of new full season tickets, group tickets, premium experiences and special event tickets
  • Generate revenue using various sales methods, including cold calls, in-stadium appointments, prospecting and networking
  • Conduct a high volume of new business calls daily, as set by Inside Sales Manager
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and revenue targets
  • Maintain detailed records of all correspondence and customer interaction in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Work all Chiefs games and special events including staffing inbound phone lines, Ticket Office windows, and ticket sales and service-related issues

Ticket Operations Seasonal

DEPARTMENT: Ticket Operations

REPORTS TO: Ticket Operations Manager

TIMELINE: June-Feb

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Represent the Kansas City Chiefs in a positive and professional manner while performing ticket operations, sales and service tasks
  • Assist in processing and fulfillment of ticket orders and provide basic ticket reporting as needed
  • Assist Ticket Office staff with written and verbal communication to Season Ticket Members and fans
  • Expand, enhance and promote mobile ticketing to all ticket holders
  • Provide event day assistance to ticket holders in the box office and at the stadium gates, while generating ideas to improve the overall ticket experience
  • Process daily payments and perform daily batch deposits
  • Assist and supervise the scanning and electronic organization of all relevant ticket office season ticket holder documentation
  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of our Season Ticket Member contact information in our database

Fan Analytics-Database Seasonal

DEPARTMENT: Ticket Operations

REPORTS TO: Data Systems Analyst

TIMELINE: June-Feb

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with all aspects of data analytics and reporting
  • Collect and report out real-time data to organizational stakeholders on game and event days
  • Manage day-to-day of loyalty program, including all fulfillment of prizing, communication with winners, and management of inventory
  • Coordinate the reporting of the rewards program including, but not limited to, fulfillment, usage and feedback
  • Assist the Ticket Office and Fan Experience staff with written and verbal communication to Season Ticket Members and fans
  • Complete various duties during events (i.e. Season Ticket Member events, Chiefs games, other miscellaneous events)
  • Prepare comprehensive summaries of analysis results, which capture data-driven insights in a compelling manner and offer recommendations to drive marketing strategy and shape current and future business processes
  • Assist with the gathering, cleaning and integration of data
  • Assist with the analysis of fan feedback through various means (i.e. contact reports in CRM, surveys, social media, etc.)
  • Assist with developing analytical strategies and efficiencies through the creation of standardized reports
  • Assist with maintaining and extending the existing analytics infrastructure
  • Assist with CRM data tracking, inputting, and exporting
  • Assist with growing the database quantitatively and qualitatively
  • Assist with the administration of creating and executing innovative programs to enhance Arrowhead game days and events for all fans
