The Kansas City Ambassadors are hosting the 2024 Kansas City Ambassadors Gala on Thursday, May 30. Tables and sponsorships are now available to the public. Kansas City Ambassadors and the Police Athletic League of Kansas City (PAL) will be present for an evening of hors d'oeuvres from award-winning chefs while participating in live and silent auctions as funds are raised for PAL.

The funds from the annual gala will support PAL's mission to offer fun, interactive programs for youth while building kids' confidence, motivation and offering a positive role model.
"We're excited for this year's Ambassadors Gala, it's going to be a special one," Ambassadors President Danan Hughes said. "The Ambassadors program has placed an emphasis on instilling the importance of getting out in the community and working with kids. As a young kid growing up in New Jersey and being involved in the PAL, this organization is very near and dear to my heart. When I heard about the PAL here in Kansas City, we connected with them and it just felt like a natural fit. This event is important to us and we want to thank everyone who contributes or becomes a sponsor."
The 2024 Kansas City Ambassador Gala will be hosted at The Abbott Kansas City in the Crossroads Arts District. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the evening program and live auction begin at 8 p.m. Cocktail/Chiefs Chic attire is suggested. Food for the event will be provided by Red Door Grill.
The Kansas City Ambassadors are a close-knit group of former Chiefs players who continue to serve the greater Kansas City community and the Chiefs through a number of different initiatives. The Ambassadors support the Kansas City community with local scholarship programs, school visits, charity volunteering opportunities and their annual Ambassadors Golf Classic, all of which run through the Ambassadors Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
The Ambassadors are the only group of their kind in the NFL and members are hand-picked based on tenure and their willingness to participate in Ambassador outreach events and meetings. In addition to the Police Athletic League of Kansas City (PAL), they offer regular support to other youth-based causes.
