Local Fan is a Finalist for the NFL Play 60 Super Bowl Contest

Kansas City area native Sophie Schneider is one of three finalists to win a trip to Super Bowl LI

Kansas City area native and Chiefs fan Sophie Schneider is one of three finalists in this year's NFL Play 60 Super Bowl Contest.

The contest, which fielded video entries from children around the country, challenged kids to show how they remain active as part of the NFL's Play 60 initiative.

The winner, who wins a trip to Super Bowl LI, is entirely determined by fan voting.

NFL Play 60 is a league-wide initiative that encourages kids to be physically active for at least 60 minutes a day. In addition to her entry in the contest, Schneider is also a Fuel Up to Play 60 Ambassador.

Schneider sported a Chiefs jersey at the end of her video after discussing her passion for tennis, golf, basketball and other activities.
