As part of the 2018 Arrowhead Concert Series presented by the Cocherl Family Foundation,Arrowhead Events, the special events arm of the Kansas City Chiefs, will host Ed Sheeran's North American Stadium Touron Saturday evening at Arrowhead Stadium. The concert is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. with Snow Patrol and Lauv opening for Sheeran. Concertgoers can find important information and reminders about Saturday's concert below.
WEATHER-RELATED INFORMATION
Saturday's forecast currently calls for the potential of rain throughout the day. Small, compact umbrellas are permitted inside the stadium; however, they may not be used inside of the seating bowl. Guests may wear or bring ponchos into Arrowhead Stadium.
Weather delays for events are unusual, however, lightning and strong winds may delay or postpone an Arrowhead Stadium event. Guests are encouraged to follow Arrowhead Stadium on Twitter at @ArrowheadEvents for weather-related updates. In the event of a weather-related relocation or evacuation, guests are asked to follow the instructions of stadium personnel.
PARKING GATES
Parking lots for Saturday's concert open at 3 p.m. Fans are encouraged to purchase their parking passes in advance to decrease the time spent at parking tollgates and help expedite the parking process for all event attendees. Parking passes can be purchased in advance for $30 online atwww.chiefs.com/parking (with applicable Ticketmaster fees). Bus parking is $70 in advance. Cash parking at the tollgate on event day will be $40 and bus parking on event day will be $100. Guests are reminded to have their mobile parking passes ready when they pull up to the tollbooth.
RIDESHARE
Guests may arrange round-trip transportation through zTrip by visiting www.ztripae.com. zTrip vehicles will have preferred access through Gate 1 and will drop-off and pick-up on the east side of Arrowhead Stadium between Lots A and B on Red Coat Lane. A drop-off/pick-up location in Lot J will be set up for guests using rideshare services or guests that are being transported by friends or family not attending the show. All non-zTrip vehicles dropping off or picking up in Lot J must enter through Gate 2 to access the lot. All vehicles picking up guests should be in Lot J prior to 10 p.m. to avoid exiting concert traffic.
STADIUM GATES AND MOBILE-ENTRY
All Arrowhead Stadium gates will open at 5 p.m. for the 7 p.m. concert. Guests with tickets in floor seats must enter through Gate G to receive their wristbands. Gate G is located on the west side of the stadium between the CommunityAmerica Gate and the Hy-Vee Gate.
Guests with tickets in the lower and upper levels can enter at any of the four spiral gates. Guests with Scout Investments Club Level tickets or suite tickets can enter at any spiral gate or the Tower Gate and Founder's Gate. All tickets for Saturday's show are mobile-entry only. Fans are reminded to access their mobile tickets and parking passes in advance of the event and add them to their mobile wallet for expedited entry. Event staff will be stationed at tents outside of the stadium gates to assist with mobile tickets.

ABOUT THE COCHERL FAMILY FOUNDATION
Formed in 2003, the Cocherl Family Foundation is a 501(c)(3) grant-writing organization focused on helping children as well as critical outreach programs in the local community. Through sponsorship of the 2018 Arrowhead Concert Series, the Foundation is directing proceeds to three target areas, including: helping fund post-secondary scholarships for high school students who have physical or mental challenges; helping children who have lost parents while serving in the U.S. military receive their education, specifically directing efforts to youth connected to Special Operations Wounded Warriors (SOWW); and, helping fund local first responders with additional resources for performing their jobs.
