• The game will mark the Chiefs' second trip to Mexico in franchise history. Kansas City played the Dallas Cowboys in the 1996 American Bowl (preseason) at Estadio Universitario in Monterrey, Mexico.
• The Chiefs hold a 61-56-1 advantage in the all-time series between the two teams.
