Training Camp for the Kansas City Chiefs is nearly here, which means fantasy football season is right around the corner.
In anticipation for fantasy drafts across the country, the analysts over at NFL Fantasy have been ranking who they believe to be the top 50 players for this upcoming season. They've been releasing two names per day as part of their countdown, with a pair of Chiefs already appearing on the list in tight end Travis Kelce (No. 33) and wide receiver Tyreek Hill (No. 32).
And as the list continues to narrow, a third member of the Chiefs was recognized on Friday with running back Kareem Hunt checking in at No. 12.
The 22-year-old took the league by storm in 2017, amassing more yards from scrimmage in his professional debut than any player in NFL history, landing on the cover of Sports Illustrated a few weeks later and finishing the season as just the sixth rookie in league history to earn the rushing title.
It was a remarkable season for any player – let alone a rookie – and it looks like the experts are predicting more success for the young tailback heading into his sophomore season.
