The Kansas City Chiefs lost cornerback Steve Nelson (head) and linebacker Terrance Smith (ankle) to injuries during Friday's win over the Atlanta Falcons.

Head Coach Andy Reid provided an update on both players following the game.

"Steve Nelson has a concussion and Terrance Smith tweaked his left ankle, but he should be fine," Reid said following the game.
