The Kansas City Chiefs are in a familiar spot for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. For the 12th time in 13 games this season, the Chiefs are a favorite, continuing a remarkable run that began in 2020 and kicked into overdrive a year later.
The Chiefs were favored in 14 of 16 games in 2020, tying their most since 2003. That was followed by all 17 games in 2021, 15 in 2022, and 16 in 2023.
Including this weekend's game, the Chiefs have been favored in 74 of 80 regular-season games since 2020. The Buffalo Bills and San Francisco 49ers are tied for a distant second with 66 games apiece, followed by the Baltimore Ravens (65). No other team has more than 60.
The Chiefs also have the most games as a home favorite (38) and road favorite (35). (They were a neutral-site favorite against the Miami Dolphins in Germany last year.)
