Including this weekend's game, the Chiefs have been favored in 74 of 80 regular-season games since 2020. The Buffalo Bills and San Francisco 49ers are tied for a distant second with 66 games apiece, followed by the Baltimore Ravens (65). No other team has more than 60.
The Chiefs also have the most games as a home favorite (38) and road favorite (35). (They were a neutral-site favorite against the Miami Dolphins in Germany last year.)
