In-Person Experience
Tickets are $10. All children ages 12 and under must attend with a parent or guardian. All children three and under are free and do not need a ticket.
During each block of time, gamers can enjoy stations set up for free play in each game as well as tournament-style play for select games for the chance to climb the leaderboard and win prizes.

Can I switch time slots?
We cannot accommodate time slot changes. Please select your time slot carefully to best align with when you want to arrive.
How long can I stay?
You must exit the building at the conclusion of your chosen time slot.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
No, all necessary equipment will be provided on-site.
What will I be doing during the session?
Your two-hour session can be used however you like! Sit at the free play sections or play competition style against Chiefs Legends, talent, and other attendees for prizes.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at the beginning of your time slot to maximize your experience. Entry will close 45 minutes after your session begins.
What happens if I arrive late?
Guests arriving more than 45 minutes after their session begins may not be admitted. Please plan accordingly to maximize your event experience.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Digital tickets on your mobile device will be accepted at the entrance. Tickets can be accessed at MyChiefsAccount.com or in the Chiefs Mobile App.
Is there a bag policy?
Yes, the NFL Clear Bag Policy is in effect for this event. Learn more about the Clear Bag Policy.
Is there parking for this event?
Yes, parking is available in Lot M. We recommend entering through Gate 2 or Gate 5. Once parked, please enter the stadium through Tower Gate. Click here for a map of the Truman Sports Complex.
Is stadium re-entry allowed?
No. There is a no re-entry policy for this event.
Will food or beverages be provided?
Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless required for medical or dietary needs.
Can family or friends participate together?
Yes, provided each attendee has a valid ticket and meets any age requirements.
Do I need a parent or guardian to participate?
If you're under 13, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you're 13 or older, no parent or guardian is required.
Are parents or guardians required to participate?
No. Parents and guardians are welcome to spectate, but a ticket is required for
entry.
Is there an age requirement?
The event is open to all ages, though it's recommended for ages 13-18.
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child who is 3 or under?
No. Tickets are not required for children aged 3 and under.
Do I need a ticket if I’m just watching my child?
Yes, all attendees must purchase a ticket, whether participating or spectating. All tickets are $10.
Do I need a ticket if I’m joining virtually from outside Kansas City?
No, virtual participation is free. Tickets are only required for in-person attendees.
What if I purchased a ticket, but cannot attend? Can I get my ticket refunded?
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased.
