Elementary schools participating in the Kingdom United program are encouraged to dedicating 30 minutes per month to teaching their students about equality, inclusion and acceptance. Each school will receive complementary diversity-themed books (grade-level appropriate) for each student, and teachers will be provided with weekly discussion questions and activities to help reinforce the messages in the books. Every grade level will have four (4) unique books that will be taught during the school year; thus, students who attend an elementary school participating in the Kingdom United program for their entire K-5 education will be given 24 books, specifically designed to teach others to appreciate the uniqueness of ALL people.

Each month during the football season, participating schools will hold a "book of the month" kickoff event on Red Friday to introduce each grade-level to their new book. This monthly session could involve special guest readers including those from the Chiefs organization, its partners, and volunteers from throughout the community.

All Kingdom United books are also available at Mid-Continent Public Library branches located in the greater Kansas City, Missouri area.
