Parking – Use Gate 2 or 5 to enter the sports complex and park in Lot M, located on the north side of the stadium. ADA parking will be available in Lot M. Parking is free.
Entrance - Enter the stadium through Founders Plaza, which is adjacent to Lot M.

What is Kingdom Kids Wonderland?
Kingdom Kids Wonderland is an exclusive seasonal event designed to allow families in the Kingdom Kids network the opportunity to enjoy a special holiday outing. Not a member? Register today to join the program and gain exclusive access to events like this and more throughout the year!
Are tickets available for purchase on-site?
No, all tickets must be purchased in advance and will be scanned upon entry.
Where can tickets be purchased?
Tickets are available for purchase online via Ticket Master by clicking HERE. Please note that tickets are nonrefundable with a max of 6 tickets per account.
How do I access my tickets?
All tickets are digital and can be accessed via your My Chiefs Account or through the Chiefs Mobile App. We suggest saving the tickets to your digital wallet for easy access (ex. Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, etc.)
What does a VIP ticket include?
A VIP ticket includes admission to Kingdom Kids Wonderland and grants access to an exclusive buffet with KC Wolf, Chiefs Cheerleaders, and more! Children VIP ticket holders will also enjoy story time with Chiefs Cheerleaders and former players, an exclusive photo-op, and a FREE Build-A-Bear with the purchase of a child VIP ticket. VIP ticket quantities are limited.
Do I still need to purchase General Admission if I purchase VIP tickets?
No, VIP tickets will also grant the ticket holder admission to all the Kingdom Kids Wonderland activities located on CommunityAmerica Club Level.
What time should I arrive at the event?
For VIP guests, early arrival is strongly recommended to ensure ample time for you and your family to travel from the entrance to the VIP area. To facilitate this, VIP entry lanes will open 15 minutes before each VIP session. For General Admission, please arrive at the time stated on your ticket, as this is your designated entry time.
What kind of clothes can I donate to The Salvation Army's Winter Clothing Drive?
New or gently used children's coats, hats, scarves, and gloves are preferred, but cold-weather donations for all ages (new or gently used coats, hats, scarves and gloves) are gratefully accepted. Please visit Project Warmth 2024 - Kansas & Western Missouri Salvation Army for more information.

Yes, parking is complimentary with your ticket.

Will there be a coat check?
Yes, there will be a coat check located in the Founder's Club.
Are diaper bags and large strollers permitted?
No, diaper bags and large strollers are not allowed inside the stadium. Please refer to our Clear Bag Policy and Prohibited/ Permitted Items for more information on what you can and cannot bring into the stadium.
Will there be food and beverage available?
Yes, concession options and hot cocoa will be available for purchase. Please note that all payments are cashless.
Is Build-A-Bear free?
No, Build-A-Bear will have bears and accessories for purchase and payments are cashless. Children VIP ticket holders, however, will receive a complimentary Build-A-Bear as part of their ticket purchase.
